Black Cleveland in 1960: Education, Housing, and Unemployment

The Census reversed the question for education. Instead of statistics on residents with a high school education or less, in 1960 it asked for residents to ask if they had a college education or more. Note how the dot density DECREASES in less college educationed areas.

The Census in 1960 only included homes that were built before 1940. However, it added a new category - dilapidated or detriorating homes.
